I had taken a few years off from cake decorating to spend more time with my family, during that time my brother was getting married and requested that I do his grooms cake. He wanted it to be a surprise. He is a big LSU fan and brews his own beer. This was what I came up with. I had never attempted working with sugar before the bottles were a challenge but it all worked out and my brother was AMAZED!
