I have chosen this neon base colour to brighten up the dullness of the season. I have kept the bottom tier simpler with some pannels of ruffles just to do the gold stenciling on the second tier. Third tier of the cake is with hammered efect with goldcolour. The topmost tier is adorned with gold lace. To add the glamour to it i have used contrast color flowers.Hope u like it.
