Almond-Vanilla cake filled and frosted with almond-vanilla buttercream, finished with white chocolate ganache. The cup is cake covered with fondant, the “coffee” is dark chocolate modeling chocolate, topped with a thin layer of piping gel, the writing on the cup and The Office logo are printed images on fondant plaques, the stickie notes and paper clips are made from gum paste.
