For this cake the customer asked for a beach theamed cake and left me with the design of the cake.so I came up with this hawaiian beach type cake
Its a vanilla sponge with a vanilla buttercream centre and vanilla buttercream on the outside the sand was made out of crushed digestive buscuits,
all the decorations were hand made out of fondant.
I also used confectioners glaze over the blue fondant to make it shine like water.
this has been one of my favorite cakes to make so far.
