About the Cake:

This is a floating flower cake, it means those flower r not attached with the cake. Almost 70 wired flowers are used to decorate this cake. Each flower is made out of 11 wired & veined petals . It also has filler flowers & leaves as well . The cake travelled more than 35km in Bangalore road (whitefield to yesvantpur ) all assembled. Not a single petal broke during transportation !! I use my own gumpaste recipe for making flowers !!!

My Feelings :

A Floating Flower wedding Cake… And guys believe me it’s a job!!
Over 45 wired peoneyies & more than 30 tulips (wired), does it realy make sense !!! Many of you may prefer to do 25 whipped cream/buttercream cakes in place of accepting one such complicated order, even me too agree on it…End of the days its business, Right????

I started cake decorating as a hobby, then slowly it become my profession & later my passion but now its more than that !!! It’s my life !!!! I can’t even think my life widout it…ya, that’s true that I dnt get boost if m not getting reward for my work, so I work only if I get an order.
I accept this as a challenge & tried my level best hope all of you like it.
