Inspired by Artisan Cake Company, my client want a cake for Sweet 15 or Quinceañera.
Included 4 Tiers Birch Cake with Anemone sugar flowers and Horseshoes, plus 6 tiers “satellites” birch cake.
Each tiers was a different flavor combination. From Vanilla to my Honey Pistachio Cream Cheese.
I created cake stand with a dummy and covered the top with fondant and sides with real robe.
