I decided to keep this cake naked, apart from dressing it in a lovely coat of chocolate ganache. I learnt how to “temper” chocolate to make the white chocolate magnolia flower.I added a border of baby Reese s chocolates as they are the birthday girls favourite. I was inspired to make the flower by the fabulous Yeners Way. x
