I made this cake for the Georgetown University Hospital’s annual childrens christmas party (Washington, DC). I am part of an organization called Icing Smiles, Inc., that fulfills chronically ill children’s, and organizations that work with children who need that extra medical care and attention, cake requests. Everything on that cake is edible. I especially love my little plate of cookies and mug of milk for Santa!
