HAPPY 🐣 EASTER COOKIES

I had planned to flood and do some piping on my Easter cookies, and I managed a few. But my arthritis has been so bad in my hands, I had to find an alternate way to finish icing my cookies. I hand dipped, then “painted” the royal icing onto my cookies. Let dry, and then added fondant embellishments. Kinda like the funky non traditional look. 🐣
