My version of the Beautiful Peggy Porschen Creation made to a slightly larger scale. Bottom Tier is rich fruit cake (12″×5″ high), middle tier is Chocolate Orange cake (10″×5″) and the top tier is vanilla sponge (8″×5″). All roses are handmade in petal paste.
