This is my contribution for Food cake challenge organized by Bakerswood. It represents a well known Peruvian plate named Cebiche. It’s a fresh fish cooked in lime juice, very fresh and famous meal of Peruvian cuisine. In the plate you will find Peruvian corn “choclo”,sweet potato “camote” ,lettuce, onion, Peruvian hot chili and cilantro. Everything in the photo is sugar. Hope you’ll like it.
