My inspiration for the Beautiful Sri Lanka collaboration was a Sri Lankan bride’s homecoming attire. I covered the cake with Smartflex Red Velvet and then used Saracino modelling paste for the detailed, handmade decorative pieces. All was painted with Saracino gold dust. For clear diamonds I used edible Rainbow Dust “Rainbow Jewels”.
