The exhibit is a 40cm tall figure of a woodland elf, which I named Aelinor – a Welsh Elvin name from the Welsh mythology. Aelinor is entirely edible and made out of Saracino modelling chocolate, rice crispies and marshmallow base, without the use of any polystyrene dummy.
For the making of the project I have used different Saracino products – Modelling chocolate; Modelling paste; Wafer paper Gelatine powder and Flower paste for making all the woodland leaves and Magnolia wreath;. In addition of those I have used edible moss and grasses. I hope you like her.
