Made for a kid at my church.
Cake is alternate layers of chocolate and vanilla. Each layer has a circle of chocolate ganache in the center surrounded by chocolate mousse. Frosted with Hershey’s chocolate frosting then I applied KitKatts around it. Pig in center is made from a small cake from then covered in modeling chocolate, bird is all modeling chocolate and of course to symbolize smaller pigs I used some green M&M’s.
