Hello 😊 I am Alex Hughes and I was lucky enough to be invited to join a Pharaoh’s Tomb – A South Wales Cake Artist Collaboration which has just displayed at the Welsh National Cake Show in Cardiff, South Wales, UK.

I feel so honoured to contribute to this fantastic collaboration alongside such talented sugarcrafters! I wanted to play with textures with my piece, hoping to make you believe that these are the clothes that Tutankhamun was to take to his afterlife!
