17 South Wales cake artists collaborated to create a snapshot of ancient Egypt. Spearheaded by Cara Maiden, Paul Williams and Cathy Hill, my contributions included the Canopic Jars used to store the mummy’s organs to be carried to the afterlife and hieroglyphic cartouches for everyone involved.

It was unveiled at the first Welsh National Cake show on 9th February.
