I made this Gruffalo for my daughters 4th birthday, she’s a huge Gruffalo fan & was over joyed with her cake.

His body is made from 3 × 8″ chocolate mudcakes. His head, arms, legs & feet are all made from RKT (rice krispie treat). He is covered in a plain chocolate ganache, followed by chocolate flavoured sugarpaste. His body alone would feed approx 50 & the RKT parts would easily feed another 30! He weighs in at roughly 6.5kg, I weighed him after a chunk had been cut our so it could actually be closer to 8kg of weight!
