Did this a couple days ago for my son’s teachers. It was white almond sour cream cake (colored green) and red velvet cake. Alternated with mascarpone/cream cheese frosting and topped with vanilla buttercream. I used a half pint mason jar and a biscuit cutter for the cake. Easy and pretty cute.
