I have chosen to make a gingerbread castle for a collab by Let’s do it with Fondbites.It is inspired by Disney’s Cinderella Castle. It was a challenging one for me as I have never done a gingerbread house of this scale. But sometimes you have to come out of your comfort zone and give it a shot.

So, here is my humble attempt at making Disney’s Cinderella castle.
