“I loved the beautiful effect the gold crackle has on a fuchsia color bottom tier, gold from flaking off when you crack it from your rolling pin, after blowing the surface with crème brulee torch. While the crackled effect is inspired from the fireworks of Diwali, the lace at the top and bottom reflects the traditional Rangoli motifs. The edible gold glitter used on the second tier has given a gorgeous texture, depicting Goddess Lakshmi. Ganesh ji in the middle tier is adorned with the beautiful rose and pearl garlands, adding a visual appeal to the cake”.
