This is the cake i have made for this weekends wedding. It was held in the Lake District at Lake Windemere for our best friends and had to travel 5 hours with the cake in the car!!! The bottom tier is a very deep rich chocolate mud cake with a dark chocolate ganache. The piping on the bottom tier took me more than 3 hours to complete and is one continuous line of royal icing. Middle tier is lemon and white chocolate with a white chocolate ganache and the top tier carrot cake especially for our groom xx
