Client wanted an elephant birthday cake for his wife, but didn’t want anything fancy nor too serious. I had to design an elephant cake without making it look like a little girl’s cake.

Solid hand molded elephant fondant. Fondant plungers to create the eyes. Rose gold dusting for ears and tip of the trunk. Cake was covered in chocolate fondant strips. Brick template, and isomalt splashes!
