In this ceeation of mine i have used two new techniques. For the bottom tier i have used rolled fondant technique. For the third tier from bottom i have used smocking technique which is basically a type of embroydery..a stiching technique effect on fondant. To enhance the beauty of these techniques i have kept the top most tier simple.
