I was asked to create a birthday cake designed for a chef who had started his own private dining service.
This piece is made up of two vanilla cakes filled with rum swiss meringue buttercream both designed to resemble a chef’s jacket and chef’s hat.
The flag, menu and the birthday boy’s signature dish are all edible and were made using modelling paste and edible prints.
Delightful! I know he loved it!
