This boat took me about 6 days on and off. I found a copy of the original plans of the “The Endeavour” on the internet which I scaled up. The sails and masts were made first (daisy paste) then the cake which was iced in chocolate ganache and bakels pettinice. I also pre-made the railings, and some of the smaller details.
