This was for my eldest son, Aidans 18th birthday a couple years ago! He’s 20 now and living at Uni! Doesn’t time fly!
3 tiers of his favourite choc fudge cake, bottom has white ganache, and the others milk choc ganache. All dripped with dark chocolate.
I made some cinder toffee and also there are mini chocolate donuts, choc covered strawberries, buenos, matchmakers and white chocolate stars……cos my son is a star! He really is xxx
