Hi my name is D V L Prasanna from Hyderabad, India. My journey began in 2007 while I was pursuing my graduation. My passion for art drove me to enter into the baking field. I learnt basics from few institutes & out of passion I taught myself how to pipe buttercream flowers: working on sugar cookies & mastering whipping cream. I have been part of TEAM BUTTERCREAM INDIA organised by cakeology 2017. I have worked along with international artists in various collaborations. I have been featured in CAKEMASTERS MAGAZINE JAN EDITION this year. My business is Sumeru Creations.
Coming my contribution, I admire MICHAEL JACKSON n his dance, when Sharon added me to this collaboration I felt of implimenting this using my favourite artwork POINTILLISM…..though the cake is covered with fondant, the pointillism technique is implimented using buttercream…….
