A new school year and some lovely female teachers planned a ladies night out, requesting a unique take on the trending Unicorn theme. I was excited to make these and put my own special twist. 13 beautiful rainbow unicorn cupcakes for 13 deserving teachers! And ofcourse I made extra for my children…the inside of each cupcakes had rainbow sprinkles too! ;)
