To celebrate Eid al Adha this year, I made this rich and moist chocolate cake for my family, using chocolate fudge to fill and decorate. It’s finger-licking good! The Arabic words on the cake translate to say “Eid Mubarak 1439”. It’s the year 1439 in the Muslim/Islamic calendar. Chocolate sprinkles were also added for decoration, and hand-piped roses and leaves using chocolate fudge.
