Our grandson River is ONE!  Daughter in law and my son wanted a “little man” cake.  Top tier, cake is vanilla bean and cookie dough with cookie dough white chocolate buttercream. As a surprise, I added a tiny Elmo to the cake board, cause this is River’s favorite guy.
I had a ##!!😡!!## time covering my cake. Of course, my fridge with dehumidifier decided to die, and on a holiday wknd. I ripped off and recovered this cake 3 TIMES! Was disappointed with the look of the cake, as even with our AC on it was extremely humid. And with no fridge to keep cake firm, cake wasn’t crisp. But I was just glad cake held together. Son & D-in-lw were happy, so that’s what counts.
