This cake has a few different first few r me.
I hate anything two wheeled or mechanical in anyway..I really dislike technical stuff like this when modelling..so was quite pl asked with my motorbike. I have never airbrushed this type of effect either and it was very enjoyable..must book myself an airbrush course at some point 😂🤦‍♀️, anyway the cake is a cherry Bakewell style cake. Have organic dehydrated sour black cherries, sour cherry jam, almond and cherry sponge, almond and black cherry butter cream and flaked toasted almonds.
And white chocolate and almond ganache .
