This is not a post of finished cakes but images of different cakes during work in progress #wip.Over the years with a lot of practice, hardwork and dedication I have reached a stage where I am able to perfect sharp edges on a very delicate medium -cream .I often share images of #wip in the Indian baking forums but haven’t ever posted one here so combined a few different cakes and shapes to share here .
These are some of my finest (multiple edges, cylinder, vertical split, two in one , football)and some I may not be able to replicate as it does take the right frame of mind and precision to be able to perfect it in this way .
