I made this cake for strongest girl I ever met, on the behalf of facebook.com/icingsmiles to Maren on her 6th birthday.
@Icingsmiles is the nonprofit organization who provides custom cake for critically and chronically ill child or a sibling with no cost. This organization is working all 50 states of America and Canada. They call all their volunteer bakers Sugar Angels.
This week I baked two cakes for @icingsmiles. One for Maren and another for super sibling Greta. Maren is diagnosed with cancer. It makes my heart swell. I know i am not doing any great thing, but it creates little smile to the family who have hard time. Both girls came to picked up for cakes, so excited and happy for cakes. Icingsmile says “until there’s a cure we celebrate the lives”.
