R2D2 stands at 15 inches tall and I made him gravity defying too. The cake sits 5" off of the cake board . . . the feet is holding it up.

I used 4 6" round cake and 1 6" 1/2 ball cake to make his shape. For the legs I used rice treats covered in chocolate and fondant.

For the cake board I used several pieces of sand scrape booking papers. To make it 3D, I mixed together crushed up vanilla wafers and brown sugar.
