I based this cake design on a stage costume the birthday girl wears for her dance routine, Hello Dolly 💕

The bottom 8" tier is white chocolate & raspberry sponge cake, with raspberry ripple buttercream and white chocolate ganache.
The top 6" is a dummy cake, which she can keep as a memento x
