This Burlesque cake was my personal contribution to this year’s Couture Cakers International collaboration which I hosted. 70 other artists from around the world joined me in creating an edible version of an inspirational fashion piece. The flexible wafer paper pleats wrap around the cake tiers on the top and on the bottom.
