Romona Kevezaand – Floral Spring Collection
I was inspired to do this particular fashion piece as was inspired by the addition of vegetable leaves and beetroot/radish in the dress as well as bouquet. I combined a mix of florals and vegies on two royal iced tiers:
cold porcelain bouquet: radishes with leaves, radish flowers, rosemary and flowers, sage leaves, peonies, grapes, a few filler blossoms and berries
Hand painting: I used Saracino cocoa butter mixed with their edible colour dusts to paint beetroot, asparagus and lilac flowers.
Royal icing: upper tier I piped leaves and berries to add another dimension to the cake.
