Couture Cakers International - Jean Paul Gaultier
This is my cake inspired in a Jean Paul Gaultier´s design.
It is a three tiered cake with one double barrel on the bottom. The cake is mainly covered with fondant and the folds of the dress are made with gum paste. To make the lace I used royal icing, it is entirely free-hand, without any type of mold. The feathers are made using rice paper, individually.
