This was a labour of love for my sons 21st birthday. I completed all of the decorating in a day!
Bottom tier was chocolate with a vanilla buttercream and salted caramel sauce (homemade), middle tier was vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam and the top tier was coffee and walnut.
All the details are handmade and edible ☺️
