My friend got married this weekend and I had the privilege of making her wedding cake. I was very pleased with the outcome as I had not made Eustoma it freesia before but thoroughly enjoy learning.
The top tier was lemon and passion fruit
The middle tier coffee and walnut
And the bottom tier Victoria sandwich .
I used Massa fondant and crystal candy lace.
