“The inspiration behind my design is a technique called Mokume Gane, which I have tried my best to replicate in fondant on the bottom tier. The cake has been made in the trending black color and sweet peas in pop ultraviolet have been paired in contrast. I have tried to give a slight metallic feel with small touches in sunset gold on the stoned-look tier and the top tier with bas relief technique.”
