The making of my sister’ s wedding cake.

Expectations ran high but so happy that I managed to pull off my first chandelier cake. (heart in my mouth while hanging it ）.Cakes are frosted with whipped cream and decorated with fondant accents .Flavours were chocolate buttercream, white forest and butterscotch .I think when it’s come to family we bakers tend to stress more with endless worries from designs, textures, flavours etc.

Apologies for not being able to follow on my baker friends here, between a wedding, a funeral and an award the last two months have been hectic. Will try to catch up on all 😍
