I have never seen a Columbine flower in person so hope the birthday girl likes it. Gumpaste Columbine and Hydrangea. Edible cake lace mesh. I have found that edible lace on a buttercream cake is difficult, works much better on fondant.

This is a lovely, delicate design, Shirley! Beautiful. I saw columbines growning wild in Colorado. It is their state flower.

Thank you friends. The only thing I know about Columbine is that was the name of President Eisenhowers official plane before Air Force One.
