My latest design for a special customer. 10 hours of carving and decorating but it was worth all the effort, and great to give myself a real challenge and push for a realistic finish.

I took plenty of photos whilst making this cake so will hopefully find time to post a blog for anyone interested in making a ‘Pug’ cake.
