Dear friends,
I made this cake for Emmy Chrism.
Emma is the daughter of my brother who died few years ago, so everybody in the family has a particularly gentle feeling for Emma. She is strong beautiful girl, quiet, witty very good student.
So when I finished this cake I was so disappointed that I wanted to throw it in the trash. It was not good enough for my Emma. Simply as that. Epic fail.
Then my husband, daugher and others said I was crazy because the cake is beautiful, cheerful, gentle … so in the end I realized that it was not problem in the cake but in me and plenty of my emotions.
Emma and all the guests was delighted with the cake. That is the most important thing. I hope you’ll like it too.
