Hi all , I live on the south coast of England where the majority of our beached are pebble. I was asked on Wednesday this week if I could create a beach hut cake for the wife of a designer for this Saturday (yesterday) well it was a bit short notice but I know the people who requested the cake and her best friend is a good friend of mine,so even though I am a bit pushed..I could not say no,they a good people. Any way this lady is crazy about her beach hut and here is the cake I created. It’s very personal to them and she loved it.
It’s a chocolate fudge brownie cake with vanilla bean buttercream and white chocolate ganache crumb coat.
