For Easter this year, I made this chocolate sugar cookie and decorated it using colored Royal Icing, with some dusting of edible powders to give depth. Big thanks go to Marta Torres, of The Cookie Lab – Bolachas Decoradas Artesanais, for giving me the confidence and excitement to try new techniques, that in turn make me want to do more and more and grow bigger and bigger. I absolutely love decorating cookies now more than ever!
