Gold and chocolate birthday cake

Birthday cake for 50 years old man. I was told that there will be blue hydrangea and gold vases as decorations for this party. “Black forest” inside. Covered with ganache, decorated with 24-carate edible gold, sugarpaste and buttercream flowers.
