This lovely cake was a gift to my sweet nephew:)
He loves old school Polish animation called Mis Uszatek so when he saw this cake his face lit up with widest smile ever:)
I dressed Teddy Uszatek ( Mis Uszatek) in the same clothes my nephew would wear for his party:)
Whole cake was edible:)
Teddy was made out of moist chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache. Beehive was a soft whipped continental walnut sponge filled with organic acacia honey mascarpone :)
