A young bride came to me and wanted me to make her wedding cake for her, she had absolutely no idea of what she wanted but knew it had to be white and she was going to carry white roses in her bouquet. There was no green at all in her bouquet or that of her bridesmaids..’white on white ’ were her words, and so this cake was born.
